NUFC LEGEND
What must i do to go from a Part Time team to a Full Time team. I'm Stafford in the BSP and i reached the play offs in my fourth season. We are gaining money quite healthily around 300K a year, and my coaches and some of my players are on full time contracts.
Serpico
Any part-time staff = part time club. All full-time = full time club. It's a simple as that.
mark wilson27
Easy as that, I made all my first team players sign full time contracts aswell as the staff and once they were all full time it changed

glamdring
Any part-time staff = part time club. All full-time = full time club. It's a simple as that. So if I were to take over Manchester United and sign some total nobody on a part time contract they'd suddenly become a part time club?!
dafuge
I've found that in the Blue Square leagues it is almost impossible to get all my staff onto full time contracts, but the club will always turn pro when they get promoted to the football league. glamdring
In past versions I have always found too that even if you get all your players onto F/T contracts it is almost impossible to do the same with staff and even if you do the club doesn't automatically turn professional.
