rinso Posted July 28, 2008 Share Posted July 28, 2008 either when youre at a club and go away on holiday, leaving your ass.man in charge, or when you start unemployed and go on holiday until youre offered a job or until a specific date. you can choose to go on holiday by clicking manager -> manager options. or sometimes people do them that are running an experiment in FM and they dont want to be involved in it.. like Kip's thread about the bandits... Amaroq Posted July 29, 2008 Share Posted July 29, 2008 I think kip's is the most famous "Holiday Game" - basically, its a game in which he made some edits to the initial DB but then let it run on holiday for years and years to see what happened. You can pause the holiday as often as you like to look in on what's happening in a given season, some people for example like to slow it down and watch the Champions League Final, or World Cup Final, at those times .. others just leave it running indefinitely while they go out of town for a weekend.
