Transfer bid tweeks for the new game

It may be a little bit late for the designers to add anything to the new game but I think the way transfer bids are conducted should be enhanced slightly. The problem is that there is no negotiation with the AI teams. For example;

Buying a player from an AI team:

The players value is £10m and after making an enquiry they say they want £20m. You come back with an offer of say £16m and it is rejected. No more negotiation, just rejected.

If you agree to pay the £20m but with installments they will negotiate but only to increase the overall fee to something like £25m.

Selling to an AI team is exactly the same. You say you want £20m and they just say no, they dont offer a deal and haggle you down.

Its only a minor gripe in an otherwise excellent game, however, previous games have had the same problem and it does become a little annoying I find.

Transfers is one of the things that really gets on my nerves in the game. Transfers and some minor tweaks in the game engine and the game will be sorterd.
