Form

Something has been puzzling me: when looking at another team's form it shows up as, i.e, WWLDW. Now I understand that, but sometimes it shows up as, XLLWD, or something similar. So what is the X for? I've looked up a couple of teams and the X occurs when they drew. But if D is used to represent a draw, why is X used also?

One is a score draw, I think. Not sure which.

Oh I see, that makes sense now. X is a score draw, D is goaless.

I'd say a score draw, because you scored, and after points, and goal difference, goals scored is then used to judge your league postion (he says, really hoping he isn't wrong and making a fool of himself )

In two-legged champions league play-offs score draw is better away, scoreless better at home, because of the away goal rule.
