I never used to be able to get the Hands On Approach up, even though I'd play my own friendlies, create my own friendlies etc. Turns out all you need to do to build it up is create your own training

As for Domestic Player Bias, I don't know how its at 20, as exactly 50% of my first team is English (15 of 30 players). So surely the bias should be at 10

Not sure why domestic player bias is only one as my first team squad contains 13 Enlishmen out of a 29 man squad, although the 1st 10 years or so I had mostly foreign players, but I would have thought the number would have changed from 1 :confused:
