Unable to install FM

When my disc loads up it tells me that it is ''unable to load and prepare the installer in GUI mode'' I have no idea what this means, does anyone know what I can do to fix this? thanks in advance.

Create a new user account.

Do not use any non alphanumeric characters for this user account name.

Make this account an administrator.

Install from said account.

or

If there is already an Administrator account without non alphanumeric characters in it then install FM from there.

or

Edit the TEMP and TMP environment variables for your existing account (google) so that wherever the path points to none of the folder names involved have non alphanumeric characters. Make a note of what they were before changing them and then change them back once you've installed FM.
