Need players for Hellas Verona at the start of second season

Balotelli should be available on loan.

Just won promotion to Serie B with Hellas and need to strengthen my squad. I've got about £3m to spend. I've already signed a few promising youngsters (along with veterans Pascal Cygan and Birindelli) but I need a couple of players who can make a big impact on Serie B this term. Tried to get Stancu but he won't come to me. I'm more in need of attacking players (had Altinier on loan last season and he was amazing but he's worth about £5m now).

Any ideas?
