NepentheZ Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 You're best off asking in the Tactics and Training Tips forum, but I will say this. 3-2-3-2 is a tactic I applied once, and it was awful The oppo simply run rings around me down the wings, and my players were too over crowded in the center of the field, causing mistakes. stevio11 Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 I've played this system and did very well when I was Liverpool in FM07. Just have 2 wingers and a centre midfield with 2 defensive midfielders behind them. It's all about your instructions that makes this formation work but you can always drop one of your strikers into an attacking midfield role to help win the middle of the park battle.
