glynners_7 Posted July 13, 2008 Share Posted July 13, 2008 Hi Me and my flat mate have been trying to setup a LAN game since yesterday and cant get it to work I'm on Vista Home Premium mates on XP media center Can share files between pc's with no problem at all We're both running 8.0.2 official patch. Both have static ip set up (have tried auto ip too) I've tried setting up a new game and running as server without a password. He can see the game in LAN game list and when he tries to connect its show 'Unknown User' in game status on my PC. But he can't continue, just freezes on the Join Game Screen and nothing happens.:confused: Have tried searching for similar problems but cant find anything to help.
