Eles Gergo
well i don;t know if they would develop faster but you definetly get a better look at them then any coach report
Stella
its alot harder than i expected , i was stupid enough to play my young keeper (number 2) in the under 18s and my first team keeper was on international duty, had to play my inexperienced youth player still won though
eyko
Suppose it depends on whether you and your assistant manager agree on who the best players are. I find if i leave it to the assistant manager, then some of the player i believe are good don't get games, and since games help development it could make a difference to those players. Tofters
never noticed any players being any different, ive only ever controlled the under 18s with Q.P.R and Angelo Balanta always turns out to be very good wether (sp) or not i control the team. buzzing_hornet
I tend to make sure that the person in charge of the under 18s is a very good coach who is then backed up by other youth coaches with good stats, this should ensure a good standard of youth players coming through.
