hluraven Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 You need a very large amount of money in the bank, especially as IIRC Chelmsford don't own their stadium so can't even get money back from selling the old ground. When I got a new stadium in my BSS to EPL game I had over 200mil in the bank and still needed to take out a large loan and get money for selling the old ground to get the new stadium. Buy the stadium if you haven't already(actually you much have done because you have already expanded) and then keep asking for expansions. Hopefully by the time you get to 30k you should have the money to build a new stadium. Your stadium was built in 2006 which won't help but I think some people get new stadiums every 20 years.
