FrazT Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 If you do,the the whole playing squad throughout the club will be comfortable with the formation and tactics you use and that should help players settle into a team if they are promoted to a higher sqaud. fleety620 Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 I play a formation without wingers, so don't have any wingers in my squads at all. When I didn't have this box ticked, my AssMan tried to play a 4-4-2, forcing players to play out of position. This means that their performance stats are lower than they should be, so I don't get an acurate idea of how ready they are for a first team place.
