FM12 network issue..

Hey.

So me and my friend is trying to play a game together online but when one of us try to add a manager theres an error and the game shuts down.

It just says "serious issue and the game needs to be shutdown" so nothing specific. when the game is closed steam updates Football Manager and it says something about a error code 41? so confusing.

Things we have tried:

Playing through network and hamachi network

Reinstalling the game and updating the cache files

Reboot computer

Checked patch
