Annoting little things

Players leaving the field: This has happened so many times where my player leaves the field for treatment and then I concede straight away. No time to make changes.

Players booked: My defender get's called up by the ref to get booked far away from the defence then on his way back the free kick is taken and he's not in a position to defend or mark his player. In real life referees wait till the defender is back in his position before allowing play.

First one is just intelligence on the part of the opposition, capitalising on a "power play" situation. Happens all the time IRL, even with subs standing ready. Second one I can sympathise with more, although it could just be incompetent refereeing
