Can you increase player's work rate/team work stats?

If so, how?

It's very hard to increase those because you can't just make a lazy, selfish person become a hard working, team player. It's the person's character in some way.

You can increse it very slightly by giving plenty of tactics and strengh training.

Edit: work rate can go up by disiplining them when they play badly.

Work rate for sure, through disciplining them for poor performances (also increases Determination, possibly Influence as well?). Team work is tougher to upgrade in my experience, although tutoring can be a big help in upping most mental attributes.

In the order of efficiency(IMO)

1. Good tutoring

2. Training(Strength and tactics)

3. Disciplinary actions(you can't control what stat gets affected or if any even are)

Thanks guys. The player in question is a year or two too old for tutoring. Perhaps it doesn't matter for the player, but i prefer hard workers.
