Lee182
I've noticed this and wondered about it too. Seems in the game you don't get paid to manage a national team.
Kain
It's something that just hasn't been added to the game yet. Hopefully it will be soon, international management seems so neglected at times.
Carmi88
I hope they don't add a national manager wage to the game, will increase the amount of idiots asking for it to be used on cars and houses
kieronbrown73
At International level a wage would only be cosmetic as you are not managing a budget! Therefore no point to it!!!
Urzzz
I imagine it has to do with the fact that National teams don't have finances on the game. Seeing as how normally you're wage is worked out by how much the club can offer and its reputation. It may be buggy for national teams and, therefore SI have not deemed it neccessery. Kenco
I'd do the job for free in real life, it would be a great honour.
Robert the Spud
It may be cosmetic but should still be added. If a Nation has you on along, expensive contract it would be harder to sack you and so on..
hugo_rune
I'd do the job for free in real life, it would be a great honour. I definitely wouldn't. Not aware of any international managers that do it for free, either (maybe really small countries where there's no funding and all their best players are amateur?) PPPPPPPPPPPP10
I definitely wouldn't. Not aware of any international managers that do it for free, either (maybe really small countries where there's no funding and all their best players are amateur?) Pretty sure no International team would want an expert FM player to manage their team either. I would do it, and pretty sure a lot of people would too as it is a great honour. To have top athletes at your disposal when you're a complete nobody (football-wise anyway)? It'd be an experience of a lifetime
kieronbrown73
The whole point is mute in FM, the only reason you get a wage at club level is it forms part of a your wage bill and the greedier you are the less you have to attract better players.
