Yeah sorry, didn't notice them at first as I just clicked to go to first unread post. Whoops.

I just do whatever comes. For instance in my career save I started unemployed and just applied for everything.

From there it's just depended on the situation. My latest move was applying for the Manchester United job while still in charge for Mancheter City. I joined United, but I'm still on the "icons" list at City.

I rarely play career games and stick to one club, but the few I have I often leave when I see the job open for the club I'm interested in, to increase my chance of getting it (new club doesn't have to pay compensation then). Usually because the club I'm moving to is either equal or lower than the one I'm at and can't afford the compensation.

I usually only sign one or two-year contracts. When I feel I'm done at the club I let the contract run out and then I apply to other jobs.

I generally don't change clubs but in the event I do I'll only do so if approached.

Always wait till I'm approached.

Mostly resign and then try for new jobs. I'll consider approaches if they happen, but the majority of the time, I stick with a team until I'm bored of managing them and move on.

I'll consider offers when I'm approached, but only when the new club offers a type of success that isn't possible with my current club. I've gone 25 years in my current save without resigning (or being sacked, although I was close one season).
