For Toronto Croatia I duplicated the city of Toronto into a new "Toronto" with all the same details except it was in a Croatian "region" (city of Zagreb I think). The nation stayed Canada. I then put Toronto Croatia's city as the newly created Toronto. This means the default for all regens at that club is dual Canadian-Croatian nationality.
