Massive turn around in job security?

Have you ever done it?

I'm managing Peterborough on FM 11, although this counts for FM 12 as well, and set my target as promotion, and they gave me £1.5 million to spend.

I spent £1 million of it, but was 18th after 10 games. All of a sudden, my job security was "very insecure" and I had players coming to me telling me that they thought we were underachieving. I told them that we'd turn it around, and by the 30th game I was top, and my job security was "very secure."

I ended up winning League 1, and I'm now 5th in the Championship, but I wondered if any of you had massively turned around your fortunes...
