Season starts with a 12M transfer budget, but since my wages are low, I raise this to 19M. I save my game, and open negociations to buy Milan Baros, when I notice my remaining transfer budget is 950.000! So where did the remaining 18.100.000 go?! No, really, I'd like to know... Buy Player X for £2M over 12 months. Transfer budget after season start: £8M Actual transfer budget: £6M. You see what I mean? Did you get to the point where the board ask you what you think you can achieve? ie:i will win the league and they say will give you 18m etc? Then when it updates you get no cash. Correct? If you have not saved it before the season updates then holiday through until 1 day after the game updates for the next season and then hopfully you should have the right amount of cash.
