What do international coaches/goalkeeping coaches, physios (seeing as players go home if injured) actually do?

What is the benefits of having top coaches in the nations backroom?

Do these provide any bonuses for the countries performance?

I.E. World class goalkeeping coach means the keeper will get a match day bonus?

And are they important, noticeable differences with and without?

i have always tried to bring the best staff in as possible. this usually means having managers like moyes, bruce etc being part of my backroom staff

I'm also intrigued by the answer. I assume having physios reduces the chance of players getting injured, but I have no idea what the coaches would be doing.

How would the players become familiar with your formations and tactics if not for the coaches? I would have thought they'd certainly assist in this side of things.

Obviously they aren't there to improve players' attributes so surely this can be the only reason.

I know better physios will give you more precise estimates for injuries, which can affect your decision to include a player who has a slight injury or is returning from injury in your squad selection. Coaches are a mystery. I tend to hire ones with good CA/PA scouting ability since I assign them to do scouting.
