Low Professionalism

Looking at my own information on FM Genie it shows my professionalism as -9! What am I doing that brings it down so low? And should I stop? What effect if any does it have on the game?

Do you moan about managers all the time or not ever respond to newspapers etc? I always notice my ambition is 1, how are we supposed toi show ambition when we aren't allowed to say anything about our future.
