Is there any way to put up two teams from different saves against each other?

Basically, me and my mate I currently playing FM, he's playing as United and is on his second season, while I'm on my 8th with Blackpool. It would be fun if we could set our teams to play against each other in some way, is that possible without requiring a ton of edits to the database?

I don't think there is a way due to you being in different seasons, and the editor wouldn't be much help either with the regens that have been generated in your save. If you want to play against you mate why not try and set up a network game.

You could set it up using FMRTE. Although it would take a while.

Hmmm... seems like something SI should definitely implement in the next installment then.

This is actually an idea that I could see working too. If you could do it on pokemon, I'm pretty sure SI could handle it too

I would love to have such a feature. I remember it was available in an older football manager game. Maybe it was on one of the EA versions.

Would be a really good feature playing one of games against freinds with your career teams.

I would like to see this. It was in LMA manager and is good fun
