As we know the only real way to increase reputation is winning things, You get a big increase for winning a league, a minor increase for a cup or promotion.
I think there should be another way to increase it through a normal top half or mid table finish. But being graded against expectations.
Brendan Rogers is the best real life example. His reputation increase this year has been gigantic, and with what a 13th finish? In FM that would go unnoticed.
