USA Bhoy Posted May 21, 2012 Share Posted May 21, 2012 It is preseason and I have the option of having two of my u19 players sent on loan to a feeder team where they will play for the first team, or I can keep them at home and have them tutored by senior members of the squad that I will likely be selling at the end of the season. BiggusD Posted May 22, 2012 Share Posted May 22, 2012 There is no point loaning out a youngster who you have faith in before his mental/hidden attributes are ready for it. He needs Determination, Professionality and Ambition. His CA must also be good enough that he plays well on his loan spell. If it isn't, he will either play badly and learn nothing, or he will not play. Finish tutoring him before loaning him out. Then you won't risk losing his real HG-status either.
