telV7 Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 For a bit of something to do I decided to start a new save, and put myself in as the Australia manager. I am trying to amp up the backroom staff a little and this is the problem, every single job offer is being declined. Employed or not doesn't seem to matter, and as such am feeling somewhat confused. A simple example, offered a coaching role to an unemployed but very good youth coach, declined. I figure I must be missing something regarding the role, can anyone shed any light ?
