Obviously when you go to buy a physio, scout or a coach you get a recommendation on how many you should have at your club. Does this number increase as your repuation as a club increases and what is the disadvantages of going over the recommended amount? 2. Staff wages isn't taken into account in the board room where you have your annual/weekly/monthly wage budget, so what is stopping you from just buying tonnes of staff?
