I wish to start a career with Sheffield United (in league 1). I want the scenario of a young, local, passionate tycoon taking over with the goal of back to back promotions and then stability in the Premier League. How do I go about setting this up? I'm not talking massive budgets by the way, just enough so that I can get players if I need them and also make me financially secure enough to expand the ground and improve the facilities.
