Player Descriptions

Hey guys, I just have a quick question regarding player descriptions.

In the 'Information' tab of a player it lists agent, description, personality etc. I'm just curious what stats affect the description a player receives.

For example, Didier Drogba is given the description 'Towering Striker' and Bastian Schweinsteiger is given the description 'Industrious Midfielder'.

Logic tells me that 'Towering Striker' would allude to height, and aerial dominace, whereas 'Industrious Midfielder' would indicate a high work-rate. Am I correct?

Ideally, I'd love some sort of formula, or spreadsheet or something, similar to the Personality Guide

If anyone could shed any light on this I'd really appreciate it.
