Manager contracts

Hello everybody.

I started with River Plate in the Argentine second division and expectedly, won the league and promotion in my first season.

Then came the standard contract renewal and I signed a new 12 month deal.

Since then I have won the opening championship and currently have a good chance of doing the same in the closing championship and am still in the Libertadores.

However my deal only has three months left and I am yet to be offered a new deal, the media are even speculating about potential successors.

I have requested a new deal several times and have been met with everything from 'due to the clubs finances we are unable to offer you a new deal' to 'your performance doesn't warrant a new deal'.

So as a promotion, a league championship and a cup run isn't enough, I was wondering if anybody else had left their clubs after not having their contracts renewed?
