Team talk hepl required please:

I have become the manager of Man Utd with an 'automatic' reputation.

Have currently played 5 pre-season games without so much as ONE positive (green) response to my team talks.

Now I am a bit of a team talk 'expert' so am sure it is not the tone or the things I am saying. I may get 2 red responses whilst all the rest say "nothing specific noted".

I have heard on the grapevine that SI have amended team talks in the recent update so that a manager with no experience at a big club will take a while to gain the respect and 'positive responses' from his players.

Please could somebody kindly confirm this so I can continue the game in the knowledge that it is not a bug.
