Has anybody created a team of giants?

I'm thinking about starting a game where I restrict myself to signing players 6'3''(190.5 cm) and over has anyone tried this successfully

I played Stoke on one of the early fm12 patches

......sure my wingers was not that tall, but still, if you plan to do this aim to get 15 or more for jumping on all players rather then hight since thats what mathers in the game
