Past experience.

What past experience do you normally put in? I usually use Automatic, but I find I don't get any respect from my players in the higher leagues if I do that. What do you choose?

i used to chose Automatic for Liverpool but also found the players would never listen to me. International, and they hang on to my every word. so International it is.

For the top leagues I choose international, but if I'm starting with a small club that's in a small league (BSN/BSS) then I will choose sunday league. Never chosen automatic for some reason.

I have started a 'Harry Potter FM Series' with characters from Harry Potter as managers, with Professional/World Class as past experience. Immensely fun!

I honestly don't give it much thought and have 'Automatic' experience by default.

I would prefer seeing my reputation build up gradually through winning trophies etc than already having it as World Class at the start.

It's not even close to world class if you choose International. None of the players will listen to what you say regardless of which past experience you choose.
