Transfer window dates

Where can I find infomation on when the different transfer windows are open?

I have an affiliate in Croatia, but now by 3rd of January, when I try to send my newest signing on a loan in order to get him a work permit, it just says they can't loan players outside the transfer window.

Check the league rules there should be a section on transfer windows.

Quick check in my game says the Croatian window opens on Jan 10th.

Thank you very much:) I couldn't find it, but I guess I'll need that league enabled in order to get more info. Now he's on loan, just after getting his first international match and goal:)
