Losing favoured personnel status etc when leaving/being sacked?

Just lost my job as Manchester United manager after a consortium took over, they stated if they took over they would sack me and they did.

However the annoying part for me is I lost my favoured personnel status, I had been manager since January and went on to win the FA Cup and Premier League with United and the fans began to take a liking to me, however now that I've just been shoved out of my job I lose the status.

Why does the game still fail to see certain situations like this? I've also lost my favored status at clubs like Anji after I've resigned when the season finished despite leading them to their first Europa League title, first Russian title and first Russian Cup in many years, annoying.
