hate it when you try and encourage your players and they ignore you

Don't you just hate when you try and encourage your players and they completely ignore you? . I been trying every couple of months to make them see my point that they should be fighting for promotion and they stay still and not fight for the fans

Tell me about it! I've just played the last game of the season and needed a win to get into the play-offs. Admittedly, the game was away to the league leaders and I wasn't expecting a win (didn't get one, btw), but no matter what I said to the team it was as if they couldn't be bothered to even try. I either got the "Looked Stressed" message or, worse still, "Seemed to switch off".
