Favourite Staff

at the minute this feature seems rather pointless. there doesnt seem to be any particular reference to why they are in each others favourite personeel - ie they played together at ...,its his regular coach..., and when new managers are appointed at times although they have a assitant in their favourite personel they fail to use them although often they are avaliable to work.

Makes the feature rather pointless. Some staff will only work with the same people and yet in the game it doesnt happen it makes it pointless.

Loyalty should be higher to. Alot of coaches will always stay with there mates and not leave.
