Extra Languages For New Users?

I wonder if this is something you might consider putting into the game at some point, adding extra languages that you can speak when adding a manager rather than having to add a secondary nationality.

For example, If I wanted to managed in France the only way for me to speak French, would be to add a Frech speaking nation as my second nationality.

So would it be possible to add a section into the new manager list, so that all those years spent at school learning another language are replicated in the game?
