The newgens were produced on the 3rd of April, however my players are all testplayers (which is normal since FM2012) and I tried to contract the best of them on april 4th, however other teams also offered them contracts and they managed to steal away 1 good player for free. However if I look in their squads, all the youthplayers are contracted and if I want to steal them away I have to compensate like 1million € or more for compensation... how is this possible?
