Club has no players - do you recomend starting with them?

Hi Guys,

Little advice please, I'm starting a new game in 9 Euro countries and I'm starting with no Rep, only a few jobs are avaliable, and of those I can only see £ in Sapnish B league that would offer me a position to a sunday league player, however none of these clubs have any players!

If anyone has done this, any advice would be appreciated.

I'm debating whether to jump in with one of these teams or wait till more jobs become avaliable as the season progresses and hope for a job with a team that has players - what would you do?

Personally, I would wait or up your reputation slightly.

Building a team from scratch can be a great fun, I'd go for it.

Taking on a team with no players is actually quite easy, as you don't need to clear out all the dead wood before bringing in your own players.

Its easier with a squad of no players than a squad full of utter rubbish that you have to get rid of.

If you have a large enough database, taking over a club with no players and no staff will speed up the game by several seasons. You'd just skip the whole "getting rid of the useless garbage" period and go right to the tasty yummy yummy "this is my team" period.

A small database would make it difficult to find 25 free players of decent quality in just one window, though.
