Loan Rules Chnaging

I dont know if this is a bug or not but a while back in my game there was a news article saying with new rules loans could be removed or something. Can this actually happen?

That's an unlockable ;) If you've had that news item, look in the unlockables section of 'preferences' and you'll be able to turn loan rules on and off in the future.

Allow you to loan as many players as you want. In the actual English rules you can only have 4 loan players at the same time.

Yes!! I always loan out youngsters but certain clubs want about 5 of them and I have to reject them as they already have enough players on loan.
