My FM12 won´t launch, it´s says "it has reach a porblem and has to shutdown"

Hey!

I´ve just bought and installed football manager 2012 and when I try to launch it through steam it will first launch a small black FM window and then a message pops up and says fm.exe has reach a problem and has to shutdown,

right after that a steam window pops and and it says fulfill installation 1% and disappear and a new window pops up

"the steam servers are to busy at the moment for your request about football manager 2012"

"Wrongcode 41"

I don´t know how to fix it an you help me to make it launch?

I have been instructed to download

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

and go to: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2012\directx and run these installers:

dotnetfx.exe

DXSETUP.exe

but the first dotnetfx.exe won´t install because its imcompatible with the previous version installed...

But it´s still the same problem as described in the beginning.

Have a read at the FAQ thread for help but specifically have a look at your antivirus and ensure that it is not blocking the game.
