Dave076
My reserves had won the reserve league and this season they play in the Dutch Cup. I wonder if i lead my reserve team to the finals of the Dutch Cup and we win, will my reserve team play in the Europe League next season? Thanks! Wasp
No, they won't. They're seen as your team in that regard. It is funny to see (in my case) a final between PSV and PSV Reserves. Makes you wonder why they don't just play the game in Eindhoven instead of Rotterdam.
Dave076
Okay thanks for the information! Yeah, that's nice! The amount of money the reserve team can win (double cash) is nice! Too bad that your reserves can't play in Europe!
Things Could Get Messi
Done this myself on FM10. I had a really strong squad at Ajax and managed both teams in the cup games. Well both reached the final and the reserves won 4-2! Needless to say I changed things round for the next season!
Jops14
I once got knocked out and had my reserves go on to win, in the final i stuck all the star players in the reserves though haha.
Koki
Be careful, if your reserve wins the cup, it won't be added to your club's titles! At least that was the case in FM11.
