should i be worried ?

I'm still playing fm11, in charge of man utd season 2018-19.i have just noticed on the club information tab that that the board are in discussions regarding a takeover,i have also had a news item from the board asking for my patience while the takeover business gets sorted out.My man utd side are very successfull i think we hav won 6 premier leagues in a row and 3 of the last 4 champions leagues but i am wondering if my job is on the line?has anyone been through this and not got the sack by the new board?I will be gutted if my save finishes like this,i'm hoping for 20 odd years yet.

If you're successful, you shouldn't lose your job.
