Well at least they aren't stupid enough to expect you to win everything.

this really badly needs to be sorted in fm 09 jus because you win a number of titles you should not be expected to win it again and again no team is and thats because no team can be that dominanate which in turn means fm is too easy

Oh wait, you said Newcastle - yup, thats about right. The board expect the world. The players deliver what can only be described as.... rather less than nothing.

i don't even look at the confidence screen. not a bad inclusion, just badly implemented.

It's mostly cosmetic with 802 patch. On 801 you'd probably be sacked for going out of the FA cup in the semis but winning everything else.

I'd say you can get away with winning the league (which doesn't sound too hard when you get a certain distance in the future), the world club champ, and good showing in the cups you'll keep your job and have lower expectations next season.

I was in 2016 with Chelski when I got this same screen, so ended up moving to Inter - this was a sign I'd achieved all I could.

This COULD be a great feature but needs fixing.
