Managing other Clubs

I am 4 seasons into the game as manager of West Ham and got promoted to the Prem at 1st attempt. In the following 3 seasons I won the Prem title, F.A Cup, League Cup and Euro cup once. I have been offered various jobs in the Prem with other teams but would like to manage in Europe.

My question is: How can I become manager of a team in Portugal or Italy for example?

Firstly, are those leagues active in your game? If not, you can't be offered jobs.

Secondly, doing well in England gives you a good home reputation but not necessarily a good world reputation. Saying that, with England as one of the most reputable nations you should still be able to get a decent job in most other countries.

Thirdly, just have a look to see which jobs are available and declare interest or apply for them. If you don't ask, you are unlikely to get.

That explains it then! Just add the leagues you fancy managing in and wait until the next season for them to appear.
