Work permit problem how to solve it?

One drawback that i have spotted in FM is that in Premiership and generally in English Leagues if you sign a player in the last moment doesn' t get working permission. Does anyone know how to change that without a patch?

No way to change it as it's the same in real life. You just need to make sure you bid for the players before deadline day.

Edit the DB to make all world nations EU nations; no more work permit issues.

I've run into the same issue - I signed a player that was listed as likely to get the permit on appeal. However, the initial hearing was set for the last day of the transfer window, and when he was turned down I was not given the option to appeal. I now have to wait until the player is willing to negotiate a new contract, unfortunately.
