Anyway, I'm getting fairly sick of whatever league I play in hiring coaches from within the league 90% of the time. Bayern has an open position? They hire the Koln coach. PSG just fired their coach. So they hire Rudi Garcia from Lille. Bilbao loses Bielsa. So Bilbao hires Emery from Valencia and Valencia hires the Real Sociedad coach. Wtf game??? Some "world class" coaches are unemployed. Some Dutch or Portuguese clubs have some hot coaches. Why not hire those guys instead of poaching from within your league most of the time? SI, plz change the board hiring AI in FM13... please...
