Question about a (graphical?) bug

I have a team in the Ukrainian second level in my current save, and the league table shows that instead of two teams being relegated (as the rules in the game itself state for this league) only one team is to be relegated.

(I would have added a picture, but the board doesn't allow it; the URL for a picture uploaded online is supposedly wrong and when I try to add the picture directly from the computer, it can't be added because it's supposedly "undefined".)

I'm pretty sure this is just a graphical bug, but I'm a bit pedantic, so it's annoying me. So, I ask, does it go away later - for next season - and if I would choose to do a new save on the same league and team, would I get it again? (It doesn't appear in my other saves where this league is included, but in those my teams play in different countries leagues.)

When you say it doesn't show 2 teams to be relegated, do you mean there isn't 2 teams with a red bar on the league table or there isn't 2 teams with the 'R' next to their names?

Just one team with a red bar when there should be two.
