FrazT
You should not have been sold the game as the activation code is linked to the steam account of the peson who bought it. You need to go back to the seller and get a refund
Welshace
as frazT said... you can't use a code twice.. you need to go back to the seller and demand a refund

Mike7077
Isn't re-sale technically illegal, though? If so, from SI and Sega's perspective, it would be one of the benefits of Steam rather than an unfortunate issue. Of course, if it's not illegal, I'm wrong. Its in their interests to block second hand sales as they don't get any money from them.
Welshace
irrespective of whether its generally illegal or not... when you purchase the game you accept the agreement that the product is yours and yours alone... so yeah, re-selling is against terms and conditions for sure..
